If you Ojo is displaying the "Home" screen, arrow down to "Main Menu" and press Select.
If your Ojo continues to display the "Symetric Router" message, you may need to enable UPnP on your router. Consult with your router manual or contact Ojo customer service for assistance. If you have made the changes listed above and the UPnP support is enabled on your router, follow the steps detailed above and select "Passive" in place of "UPnP". UPnP is a technology that allows the Ojo to communicate more effectively with your in-home router. Your router must support UPnP for this option to work. GO TO: MORE QUESTIONS |
